As a Part-Time Trainee MFT or CSW at Advent Group Ministries, you can expect a structured yet flexible day-to-day schedule that enriches your learning experience. Your typical workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing ample time to immerse yourself in essential tasks. On a daily basis, you will assist in client intake assessments, participate in group therapy sessions, and observe clinical practices under the supervision of licensed professionals.

You may also engage in case documentation and participate in team meetings that focus on service improvement and program development. Expect to collaborate with a diverse team, attend training workshops, and engage in community outreach initiatives. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 1) Complete Advent Group Ministries' application.
• 2) Commit to five to ten hours weekly
• including at least one evening per week
• two hours of supervision
• one hour of staff meeting and one hour of training per week.
• 3) Commit to a minimum of twelve months.
• 4) Attend weekly group supervision meetings on Wednesdays.
• 5) Commit to counsel individuals

• including periodic taping of counseling sessions.
